After years of enduring pain and infections due to a hereditary neuropathy, Paul shared his journey of experiencing a double Ewing amputation, being fit with his first pair of prosthetic legs at Next Step Bionics & Prosthetics, and returning to the athletics and activities that are important to him.
With the support of the Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a community of active supporters, Paul will run his first Boston Marathon in April 2022, approximately one year after his amputation.
