New and Improved!
We’re proud to announce our newly upgraded disAbled Life Alliance website—a major milestone that reflects our growth, impact, and continued commitment to advancing disability innovation. The redesigned site offers a clearer and more professional look at who we are, what we do, and how we support the disability community through both the disAbled Life Alliance (our public benefit corporation) and the disAbled Life Foundation (our nonprofit arm). It also provides an improved user experience, easier navigation, and expanded information about our core services, partnerships, and mission.
At the heart of the new site is our recently launched Innovation Gateway—a first-of-its-kind platform – think “Zillow for Disability Innovation.” Since launching there are now over 25 groundbreaking companies, nonprofits, and funds working to address unmet needs across the disability sector. We invite you to explore, share, and connect with these trailblazers—and if you’re an innovator yourself, consider applying to be listed. This new digital presence is just the beginning of what’s ahead as we continue building bridges between strategy, capital, and impact.

In addition to the panel, we have a full slate of meetings with existing funders, new venture capital relationships, and prospective corporate partners. It’s shaping up to be a high-impact few days as we continue to drive awareness, capital, and strategic support into the disability innovation space. Stay tuned!

New Strategic Partnership
disAbled Life Alliance is forging a partnership with 412 Ability Tech, an organization of Pittsburgh’s technology innovators, healthcare professionals, policymakers, educators, end-users, & advocates are making a difference in helping people with disabilities. Our group aims to connect them for an even greater impact.
We will be in attendance at their Celebrating ADA35 in Pittsburg, PA: Health Equity and Disability on July 25th and presenting on the innovative ways we are unlocking capital in support of disability innovation.

We envision a world where individuals with disabilities thrive and realize their full potential.
The disAbled Life Foundation remains a vital pillar of our mission to transform lives by aligning innovative solutions with the strategic resources required to create lasting, measurable impact within the disability community. A key focus has been our work in facilitating early-stage investments using charitable assets—an approach that not only advances innovation but also leverages philanthropy to de-risk breakthrough ideas.
We’re proud to continue raising awareness about this powerful financial model, which creates a win-win opportunity for both innovators and funders. To learn more about how we structure these impactful investments, please reach out to me.
