XRAI Glass is currently raising a $5 million seed round to accelerate market expansion and operational growth following the successful launch of the AR2, NCAT grant award from the National Centre for Accessible Transport, and successful pilot deployments with UK Ministry of Defence and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. This seed funding will be allocated strategically with 50% ($2.5 million) dedicated to sales, marketing, and channel development including scaling successful pilots like DFW Airport, expanding into new markets, building distribution partnerships, and establishing brand presence in the accessibility sector. 25% ($1.25 million) will support operations including key personnel hires in sales, business development, and customer success roles, as well as operational infrastructure to support growth. Looking ahead, we anticipate Series A funding requirements of $15-25 million in 18-24 months to support global scaling, manufacturing partnerships, enterprise solution development, and further international market expansion.
