Overview of Wide Therapy

Wide Therapy is the the first Augmented Ability Bridging platform, helping autistic children and adults master life skills they can’t perform in reality by rehearsing them in personalized, noise-reduced digital environments.

Unlike traditional therapy-led, staff-dependent models, Wide enables learners to actively practice real-world skills through personalized self-simulation, reducing reliance on continuous human support while driving meaningful, life-changing outcomes.

Founded from years of hands-on clinical work, Wide has supported 500+ users to date through therapeutic and educational partners, primarily in Israel, with early expansion into the U.S. We currently have our first paying U.S. customer, with 10 additional customers in the pipeline, expected to close by June 2026. The platform is engaged in ongoing clinical trials, including collaborations with leading therapeutic schools and medical institutions, with strong anecdotal and early outcome data showing improved functional independence and reduced caregiver burden.

Wide operates as a B2B digital health company, providing organizations with a scalable “digital assistant” that delivers personalized life-skills training while decreasing hands-on staff time. Early revenue today comes from paid pilots and recurring B2B licenses with schools, therapeutic centers, residential programs, and hospitals. Providers license the platform through a tiered pricing model based on setting and scope, with customization at the individual learner level, enabling broad use cases while maintaining high gross margins.

In 2025, Wide shifted to a strong U.S. focus and is now based in Philadelphia, positioning the company close to major healthcare, education, and payer ecosystems. We are currently raising a $500K round, with $100K already committed, to scale U.S. adoption and accelerate system-level partnerships.

Long term, Wide is designed to scale through state waivers, insurer partnerships, and provider budgets that already fund life-skills support. By helping providers deliver more consistent, measurable outcomes without increasing staffing, Wide is well positioned for value-based care environments and broad payer adoption, making personalized life-skills support part of standard care.

Our Ask

My ask is support in growing Wide in a way that’s aligned, with our mission, our values, and the people we serve.

Specifically, I’m looking for help with fundraising, introductions to investors who understand autism and health, and who care about real-world usage, outcomes, and long-term impact.

I’m also interested in other funding opportunities, including grants, pilots, and strategic programs in the autism, from pediatric to employment, that can support both growth and continued product development.

In parallel, I’m looking to build meaningful partnerships within the autism ecosystem, schools, therapeutic providers, healthcare systems, insurers, and advocacy groups, that can help expand usage of Wide while shaping the product through real-world implementation.

Product or Service

Wide Therapy is a patented Augmented Ability Bridging platform that enables care providers to turn care goals into real-world ability.

The platform allows neurodiverse and autistic children and adults to independently rehearse daily and functional life skills—such as personal care, routines, transitions, and community tasks—inside a simplified, familiar digital environment. Learners practice success outside of real-life pressure, so when they encounter the task in the real world, their brain has already “done it.”

Wide is self-teaching and works alongside existing care teams. Providers set goals and configure the experience, while individuals practice independently between sessions. This reduces reliance on continuous hands-on support, improves consistency and carryover, and enables skill-building to scale across settings and populations.

Wide is delivered as a B2B digital health solution to schools, therapeutic centers, residential programs, and healthcare systems, functioning as a personalized digital assistant for life-skills development. The result is more accessible, measurable, and sustainable skill acquisition—supporting greater independence and autonomy across the lifespan.

Company Impact

Wide Therapy is redefining how life skills are built by introducing a new category: Augmented Ability Bridging: a patented, self-teaching approach that turns care goals into real-world ability.

Wide’s impact is life-changing. Children, adolescents, and adults who previously struggled with everyday tasks begin to perform them with greater confidence, regulation, and independence—often after years of limited progress through traditional, staff-dependent models. By allowing individuals to rehearse success in a calm, familiar digital environment, Wide enables abilities to take root before real-world demands appear.

For families and caregivers, this means reduced daily stress, fewer power struggles, and greater trust in the individual’s ability to function independently. For providers, it means consistent outcomes, improved carryover of skills, and a meaningful reduction in hands-on support time without sacrificing quality of care.

Wide’s innovation lies in shifting care from instruction to readiness. Instead of relying on repeated prompting, correction, or exposure, the platform allows individuals to independently practice and internalize skills, creating measurable gains in autonomy and daily functioning across settings and ages.

By making life-skills practice repeatable, scalable, and accessible beyond the therapy session, Wide is transforming how systems support neurodiverse individuals unlocking independence, dignity, and real participation in everyday life.

Primary Audience

**Wide Therapy** serves neurodiverse and autistic individuals across the lifespan as its primary beneficiaries, including children, adolescents, and adults who need support building practical life skills for daily living, community participation, and independence.

The platform is used by care providers on behalf of these individuals, including therapeutic schools, special education programs, residential and supported living programs, healthcare systems, and community-based service organizations. Families and caregivers are also key beneficiaries, as Wide reduces daily stress, increases consistency, and supports meaningful progress outside of direct service hours.

By supporting both individuals and the systems around them, Wide delivers value at multiple levels, empowering learners to build real-world ability while helping providers and caregivers deliver more effective, scalable, and sustainable support.

Partnership Opportunity

Wide sees strong potential for collaboration with organizations that support neurodiverse individuals and life-skills development, including therapeutic schools, special education programs, residential and supported living providers, and healthcare systems. Partnerships focus on integrating Wide into existing care models to improve skill acquisition, consistency, and independence while reducing reliance on continuous hands-on support.

Additional opportunities include collaboration with state agencies and waiver programs, insurers and payers, and research institutions to support scalable, outcome-driven life-skills training and broader system adoption.

Funding Needs

Wide Therapy is currently raising $500,000, with $100,000 already committed, to support the next phase of U.S. growth. This funding will be used to scale go-to-market efforts, expand deployments across schools, residential programs, and healthcare settings, and support clinical and operational validation with system-level partners, including state agencies, waiver programs, and payers, positioning the company for sustainable growth within value-based care models.
