Overview of Palta

Today, millions of people with disabilities struggle to find clothes that fit their bodies, abilities, and daily realities. Mainstream fashion is not designed for dexterity limitations, sensory sensitivities, or diverse body needs — and even when suitable products exist, they are nearly impossible to discover online.

Palta solves this by using technology to identify, curate, and match existing fashion products from mainstream and adaptive brands to the specific needs of people with disabilities. Our platform analyzes garments based on accessibility parameters such as ease of dressing, sensory comfort, and body fit, and makes them easily discoverable through a personalized shopping experience.

Beyond commerce, Palta is built around a global community of people with disabilities, veterans, rehabilitation patients, and caregivers. This community provides real-world feedback that continuously improves the platform and informs brands on how to design more inclusive products in the future.

Palta operates as a marketplace and data platform, partnering with brands to expand their reach into an underserved yet powerful consumer segment, while positioning inclusivity as a growth opportunity rather than a charitable effort.

Founded by individuals with lived experience of disability, Palta sits at the intersection of technology, community, and fashion, with a mission to redefine how inclusive e-commerce should work — in the United States, and beyond.

Our Ask

We are raising $1.2M to take Palta from early traction to scalable growth and establish the world’s first AI-driven inclusive fashion marketplace.

The funds will be used across three core pillars:

1. Technology & Product Development

To build a differentiated shopping experience that truly serves people with disabilities:

Expand our AI engine that identifies and matches products based on accessibility needs (dexterity, sensory, body-fit).

Improve search, filtering, and personalization so users can find what fits them in seconds.

Strengthen our data and feedback loop to provide brands with actionable insights for inclusive product development.

2. Community-Led, Purpose-Driven Marketing

We are intentionally avoiding broad, expensive paid marketing.
Instead, we will invest in:

Community partnerships with veterans’ organizations, rehabilitation centers, Paralympic programs, and NGOs.

Ambassador programs that empower people with disabilities to lead awareness, education, and adoption.

Content, education, and outreach that give back to the community while driving organic growth and trust.

This ensures efficient CAC while keeping the community at the center of our growth.

3. Brand Partnerships & Marketplace Operations

To scale supply and impact responsibly:

Hire experienced e-commerce and brand partnership professionals to onboard and manage fashion brands.

Develop structured collaboration processes with brands (product selection, accessibility validation, feedback, and co-creation).

Ensure high-quality customer support and operations that meet the specific needs of our users.

Product or Service

Palta is an AI-driven inclusive fashion marketplace that enables people with disabilities to shop for clothing independently and confidently.

Our platform analyzes existing fashion products from mainstream and adaptive brands and matches them to users based on accessibility needs such as dexterity, sensory comfort, and body fit. Instead of forcing users to search endlessly or compromise on style, Palta makes suitable products easy to discover through personalized filters and recommendations.

Palta combines technology, community feedback, and e-commerce to create a smarter shopping experience. Users benefit from a frictionless, dignified way to find clothing that truly fits their lives, while brands gain access to a new, underserved market along with data-driven insights that help improve future collections.

By turning inclusivity into a scalable marketplace solution, Palta transforms fashion from a barrier into a tool for independence, self-expression, and participation in everyday life.

Company Impact

Palta creates impact by restoring independence, dignity, and confidence to people with disabilities through accessible fashion.
For millions of individuals, getting dressed is a daily challenge that affects social participation, employment, and self-expression. Palta removes this barrier by enabling people to find clothing that fits their bodies, abilities, and lifestyles — independently and with ease.

Our impact is community-driven and measurable:

We empower people with disabilities, veterans, and rehabilitation patients to shop on their own terms.

We reduce frustration, wasted purchases, and exclusion caused by inaccessible e-commerce.

We give voice to an underserved community by integrating their real-world feedback directly into the fashion value chain.

We support inclusive employment and representation by building a team and ambassador network that includes people with disabilities themselves.

Our innovation lies in how we transform inclusivity into a scalable technology platform.
Palta is the first marketplace to use AI to analyze and classify mainstream fashion products based on accessibility parameters such as dexterity, sensory comfort, and body fit. Instead of requiring brands to redesign their collections from scratch, we unlock inclusive value from products that already exist and make them discoverable through smart personalization.

In parallel, Palta creates a continuous feedback loop between users and brands, turning lived experience into actionable data that improves future product design and expands inclusive fashion at an industry level.

By combining AI, community intelligence, and commerce, Palta pioneers a new model where accessibility is not a niche or a charity effort, but a driver of innovation, market growth, and social change.

Funding Needs

Current or Anticipated Funding Needs

Palta is currently raising a $1.2M seed round to support 12–18 months of product development, community growth, and marketplace expansion.

This round is designed to bring the platform from early traction to scalable operations, including advancing our AI technology, building strategic partnerships, and establishing a strong presence in Israel and the United States.

Looking ahead, we anticipate a follow-on growth round once key milestones are reached, including:

Consistent revenue generation,

Expansion of brand partnerships,

Demonstrated community adoption in the U.S. market.

Future funding will be used to scale internationally, deepen our technology capabilities, and expand impact through larger partnerships with rehabilitation organizations, veteran networks, and global fashion brands.
