NoPlex empowers individuals struggling with ADHD and anxiety to thrive in a neurotypical world.
Developed with the help of ADHD coaches and clinicians, NoPlex is the only app that encourages users to stop striving for “productivity” and to instead employ a more sustainable approach to handling day-to-day tasks and routines, which we call “chaos management.”

With engagement and conversion metrics that drastically outperform industry benchmarks, NoPlex is uniquely positioned to embark upon a period of aggressive growth. We’re exploring partnerships that will enable us to do so — both capital and strategic. We’re excited to partner with the disAbled Life Innovation Gateway in order to explore such partnerships in ways that are deeply mission-aligned and high-integrity.
Product or Service
NoPlex is a pioneering app — available on iOS, Android, and web — built to empower neurodivergent minds to thrive where traditional productivity tools fall short. By removing the barriers that cause so many to give up on “neurotypical” systems, NoPlex brings to life the trusted, analog strategies professionals have championed for decades — now reimagined through technology that feels human, intuitive, and made for the way neurodivergent brains truly work.
Company Impact
Impact: Neurodiversity is baked into the very fabrics of our lives; It’s part of our families, our professional networks, and the communities that produce and sustain the infrastructures upon which our lives are built. For the first time in history, neurodivergent individuals are seeing their disabilities accommodated and their perspectives included in global dialogue; however, huge gaps continue to exist.
These gaps became painfully clear to me in 2023 while supporting my daughter’s ADHD journey, and while I’m proud that NoPlex is helping thousands across the globe, the potential scope of our impact is considerably more profound. Millions of neurodivergent individuals — especially those in economically disadvantaged regions — not only lack resources like NoPlex, but often aren’t even aware that task/routine management tools exist that “work the way their minds work,” and therefore traverse their personal and professional lives feeling broken.
Future-facing: NoPlex also includes NoPlex Care, a B2B solution for behavioral health providers to connect with their clients on the NoPlex platform and gain access to behavioral analytics and strategy compliance insights otherwise unattainable. NoPlex Care was prototyped in 2025 and was circulated among providers for feedback and adjustment. It will be a candidate for production development in 2026.
Innovation: Innovation is baked into the core of NoPlex’s ethos, and the crux of our innovation lies in our unique user experiences, which are intentional about circumventing the challenges that cause neurodivergent individuals to abandon traditional (neurotypical) productivity tools; this includes separating cognitive modes (curation vs. execution), gamifying habit-building engagement practices, and providing an actionable dashboard on mobile device lock screens.
To quote Mia Levy (of the USA National Rowing Team): “I have ADHD, and I’ve been looking for something like NoPlex for a long time. I’ve tried a lot of to-do list apps and I’ve never felt like they worked the way my brain worked. My first look at the NoPlex interface has been so different. Every feature feels completely in sync with what I know my brain needs to manage myself and my tasks.”
Primary Audience
Our audience/beneficiaries include individuals (12+) who identify as having ADHD, individuals (12+) who struggle with anxiety, undiagnosed individuals (12+) who relate with ADHD’s many challenges, neurotypical users (12+) who prefer to manage their lives in ways that separate cognitive modes, individuals (12+) who struggle with neurodivergent or neurodivergent-peripheral conditions such as autism, dyslexia, and trauma-induced cognitive impairment. We also focus on active sub-segments and communities such as ADHD moms, the partners of individuals with ADHD, etc.
The ways in which we reach our audience/beneficiaries fall into two distinct categories: Individuals (who experience NoPlex directly through the subscription app) and organizations who provide NoPlex to their communities — e.g. employers providing NoPlex as a wellness benefit, schools providing it as a student resource, and benefits brokers providing it to clients.
Partnership Opportunity
Over the past few months, NoPlex has refined our unit economics around well-trodden SaaS marketing channels (e.g. paid search, paid social, influencer partnerships), and are in a unique position to scale aggressively. This is critical in order to retain our first-mover advantage. Therefore, our most pressing priority is to build the capital partnerships necessary to scale; and in order to prioritize rapid growth, we’re seeking said capital at highly investor-friendly terms. Less pressing — but still necessary — we’d love to partner with individuals and organizations who can help NoPlex expand the scope of our corporate/educational partnership initiative.
Funding Needs
Currently seeking $1.5m in order to facilitate the required growth described. Due to our relatively low burn rate, favorable conversion metrics, and clean business model, we should be able to achieve profitability at fewer than 150k users (total — not paid); therefore, it would be premature to predict capital needs beyond our current round.
