This approach ensures behavior is understood within the full context of a child’s daily life, rather than as isolated moments.

Mindly uses this data to generate longitudinal insights and shared views that help care teams track progress, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and make timely, evidence-based decisions. AI is applied to video, behavioral, and contextual data to surface meaningful metrics over time, including behavioral frequency, duration, intervention response, and change across settings and routines. By organizing this information into longitudinal records, Mindly enables care teams and researchers to move beyond snapshots and anecdotes—revealing patterns, measuring what works, and accelerating progress in both individualized care and autism research.

Core users include providers across disciplines (SLP, OT, CBT, ABA, etc.), as well as educators and families involved in daily care—enabling consistent behavioral measurement, longitudinal progress tracking, and coordinated intervention across home, school, and clinical settings.

Mindly is also used by self-advocates and individuals to longitudinally track their own behaviors, routines, and responses to care, supporting greater self-management and engagement. Secondary beneficiaries include regional centers, DDS vendors, state service agencies, and research organizations that rely on standardized outcomes tracking, scalable infrastructure, and longitudinal data to advance evidence-based neurodevelopmental care.

Mindly is actively seeking partnerships with public and private schools, autism and special education clinics, and care programs to pilot and deploy our platform in real-world settings. We are looking for institutions ready to integrate Mindly into daily workflows to improve behavioral tracking, care coordination, and intervention outcomes. We also aim to partner with regional centers, DDS vendors, and state service agencies to support compliance, outcomes tracking, and scalable delivery of services across publicly funded care systems.

In parallel, we are pursuing research partnerships with academic institutions, clinical research groups, and pharmaceutical partners to use Mindly for longitudinal studies on behavioral patterns, intervention effectiveness, and drug efficacy. These collaborations will leverage Mindly’s data infrastructure to generate publishable insights and support evidence-based innovation in neurological care.

Mindly is currently raising a $2M pre-seed round to support the next phase of growth. The funds will be used to accelerate core product development, expand AI and data capabilities, and support clinical validation through pilots and research deployments. Capital will also be allocated toward onboarding additional schools, clinics, and care programs, as well as building the operational and compliance infrastructure needed to scale responsibly within healthcare and education systems.

This round will position Mindly to deepen product adoption, validate outcomes, and prepare for broader commercial expansion.
