We’re seeking impact-driven funding partners to help us advance two key initiatives:
Quality Improvement Research (QI):
We are seeking funding support to lead a multi-university research study comparing the use of magnetic fastener-enabled adaptive clothing to regular clothing, with a focus on real-world outcomes such as increased independence, improved mental and social well-being, and increased patient satisfaction. This study will benefit people with disabilities, limited dexterity, and postoperative needs. We believe that the data will show adaptive clothing helps people recover faster and feel better overall.
Growth Funding:
As a manufacturer dedicated to innovating adaptive clothing solutions, we are proudly bootstrapping our growth and building a community-inspired brand. To accelerate our growth and expand our collection beyond pants—into shirts, underwear, swimwear, and other essentials—we are seeking patient capital to help scale our impact.

Emily’s father, Leo, who has aphasia, inspired LS to bring empathy and innovation to adaptive apparel. As a mission-driven, bootstrapped startup with over 40 years of combined experience in retail, manufacturing, quality control, and design innovation, our leadership team is committed to discreetly incorporating adaptive features into clothing that looks and feels like regular wear. After leaving a high-growth magnetic tech startup, Emily and Scott decided to start LS with the goal of putting our community first and designing solutions that truly matter.
