Product or Service
Prevent kitchen fires from forgotten cooking before they can start, to:
• Protect the resident(s) from injury or death
• Safely extend the quality of life and the time an older adult with cognitive memory issues can remain in their home
• Provide added peace of mind to the family
• Prevent fire/water damage to their home that could displace them
• Prevent the mental trauma that is experienced if a cooking fire were to occur
• Allow the safe use of the stove even if there are memory or physical disability issues
Our smart device monitors cooking activity and when no one is in the kitchen it begins a countdown timer. If no one returns in the specified time then our device turns off the power (electricity or gas) to the heating element(s).

The monitoring and reporting provide comfort that the client is active, and an alert will be sent if not active. The biggest cause of home fires has been defended against.
The iGuard monitors activity with state-of-the-art milli-meter radar sensor, not cameras, to ensure the privacy and dignity of the parent while providing 24/7 coverage.
The Nighttime activity monitoring feature can inform family members if their loved ones have a sleep disorder and are wandering at night.
