Overview of iAccess

iAccess is an accessibility consulting and technology company focused on helping organizations build inclusive digital experiences and prepare for the future of accessible communication. We combine executive strategy, technical accessibility expertise, AI-enabled solutions, and deep lived experience to help governments, enterprises, educational institutions, and media organizations reduce risk while improving access for people with disabilities.

Our work spans accessibility strategy, compliance, digital accessibility assessments, AI governance, accessible communications, and emerging technologies that deliver personalized access to information. We believe accessibility should be embedded into innovation, not treated as a compliance exercise.

Our Ask

iAccess seeks to join the Innovation Gateway community to accelerate the development and deployment of AI-powered accessibility solutions that improve access to information and communication for people with disabilities.

We seek strategic support in three areas:

1. **Partnerships:** Introductions to member organizations interested in piloting accessible technologies, integrating accessibility into their products, or improving the accessibility of their existing services.

2. **Commercialization Support:** Opportunities to collaborate with Innovation Gateway members by providing accessibility consulting, AI governance, and inclusive design expertise that helps members expand market reach while advancing accessibility.

3. **Funding:** Access to grants, strategic investment, and commercialization funding to accelerate product development, pilot deployments, and market expansion. Funding will support engineering, AI infrastructure, user validation, and scaling our platform across the public sector, healthcare, education, media, and emergency communications.

As a member of the Innovation Gateway ecosystem, iAccess is committed to contributing expertise, supporting fellow innovators in achieving accessibility, and exploring revenue-sharing models that reinvest a portion of accessibility engagement proceeds into the Disability Opportunity Fund to further expand disability-led innovation.

Product or Service

iAccess delivers a combination of professional services and innovative technology designed to make information accessible to everyone.

Our services include digital accessibility strategy, WCAG audits, accessibility remediation guidance, accessibility maturity assessments, training, procurement support, VPAT and ACR development, and accessible document and media services.

Our emerging technology platform goes beyond traditional accessibility to enable personalized communication experiences. Using AI and cloud-based orchestration, our platform can dynamically coordinate services such as captions, sign language interpretation, audio description, translation, text-to-speech, and other accessibility supports based on an individual’s preferences and context. Rather than requiring organizations to deploy separate accessibility solutions, we enable a unified, adaptive experience that can scale across public services, emergency communications, education, healthcare, transportation, and media.

Company Impact

iAccess is helping redefine accessibility from a compliance obligation into a strategic capability.

Our leadership has built enterprise accessibility programs for some of the world’s largest organizations and now applies that experience to developing practical solutions that improve both inclusion and operational efficiency.

Our innovation focuses on AI-driven personalization, interoperability between accessibility services, and scalable communication technologies that adapt to individual user needs in real time. This approach enables organizations to deliver more equitable access while reducing complexity, improving the customer experience, and preparing for rapidly evolving accessibility regulations worldwide.

Our work has been recognized through industry leadership, international collaborations, and partnerships across accessibility, emergency management, media, and technology sectors.

Potential areas for collaboration include AI and accessibility research, accessible media and broadcasting, healthcare communications, emergency management, digital government, education, smart cities, standards development, and pilot deployments.

In addition, iAccess can serve as an accessibility partner for Innovation Gateway members by providing accessibility strategy, audits, training, AI governance, remediation guidance, and ongoing advisory services to help their products and services reach broader markets and meet global accessibility requirements.

Where appropriate, iAccess is also interested in developing partnership models that create shared social impact. This may include revenue-sharing arrangements in which a portion of profits from accessibility engagements with Gateway members is contributed to the Disability Opportunity Fund, helping reinvest commercial success into disability entrepreneurship and innovation.

Funding Needs

iAccess is seeking strategic funding and partnership opportunities to accelerate the commercialization of our AI-powered accessibility platform and expand pilot deployments across government, healthcare, education, emergency management, and media.

Funding will support product development, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, customer pilots, regulatory readiness, security, and market expansion. We are also interested in collaborative research opportunities, innovation grants, and strategic partnerships that advance accessible technology and inclusive communication at scale.

In addition to financial investment, we welcome partnerships that provide access to pilot environments, technical expertise, distribution channels, and opportunities to validate our solutions with real-world users.
