Overview of Blueberry Technology Inc.
Blueberry Technology is building BBGo, an accessible personal mobility platform that gives people greater confidence, independence, dignity, and choice when moving through airports and other large indoor environments.
BBGo combines personal mobility vehicles, autonomous navigation, an accessible rider interface, remote dispatch, and fleet-management tools into a complete operating ecosystem. The platform enables people who have difficulty walking long distances to navigate large facilities with less reliance on one-to-one assistance.
Blueberry has validated BBGo through airport deployments and pilots, achieved 95% customer satisfaction, and currently generates monthly recurring revenue from deployed vehicles. The company is now developing Gen 5, a smaller and more modular form factor built on its proven Gen 4 software platform.
Gen 5 is designed to lower production and deployment costs, support multiple configurations, and extend BBGo into hospitals, senior living communities, care facilities, museums, and other large public environments.
Our Ask
Blueberry Technology is currently raising a platform expansion round to scale airport deployments and bring the next generation of BBGo to additional indoor mobility markets We are seeking investment, strategic introductions, deployment partners, and disability-community collaborators to help expand BBGo’s airport operations, complete a working Gen 5 prototype, and launch our first pilot in an additional accessible-mobility environment such as a hospital, senior living community, care facility, museum, or public venue.
Product or Service
BBGo is a connected personal mobility platform designed for people who cannot comfortably or safely walk long distances through airports and other large indoor environments.
Riders can use BBGo autonomously, control it directly with a joystick, or receive assistance from an attendant. Its accessible, multilingual rider interface allows users to select destinations and travel through a facility with greater independence and control over their journey.
For facility operators, BBGo provides remote dispatch, fleet monitoring, operational controls, and automatic return-to-base capabilities. This allows staff to oversee multiple mobility devices rather than being limited to a traditional one-person-to-one-passenger model.
Unlike a conventional mobility device sold as a standalone product, BBGo is an integrated platform consisting of mobility vehicles, rider-facing software, autonomous navigation, a command center, and cloud-based fleet services. This complete ecosystem allows Blueberry to support mobility access at operational scale.
Company Impact
Millions of people who have difficulty walking long distances must rely on another person to move through airports and other large facilities. This can involve long waits, uncertainty, loss of privacy, and reduced control over when and how they travel.
BBGo gives riders another option. It allows people to move through a facility with greater independence while still providing assisted modes for those who prefer or require staff support.
The innovation is not simply an autonomous mobility vehicle. BBGo integrates accessible vehicle design, autonomous indoor navigation, joystick and attendant-assisted operation, multilingual rider interaction, cloud-based dispatch, and fleet management into one deployable platform.
The system also helps organizations expand access. A staff member can support multiple BBGo vehicles rather than being limited to one-to-one passenger assistance, allowing operators to serve more people without making accessibility entirely dependent on the availability of additional labor.
BBGo has achieved 95% customer satisfaction in airport operations. Riders have described the experience as a game-changer for independence, essential support during travel, and life-changing.
Blueberry’s Gen 5 platform will extend this impact through a smaller footprint, lower deployment cost, multiple configurations, and a form factor that can be used across airports, healthcare environments, senior living communities, care facilities, museums, and other public spaces.
Primary Audience
BBGo’s primary beneficiaries are people who experience difficulty walking long distances through airports and other large indoor environments, including:
– People with physical disabilities or mobility limitations
– Older adults
– People with chronic pain, fatigue, respiratory limitations, or other non-visible disabilities
– People recovering from surgery, injury, or medical treatment
– Travelers who need occasional mobility assistance but do not use a wheelchair in their daily lives
– People who want greater independence and control than traditional one-to-one assistance may provide
Family members and caregivers also benefit because BBGo can reduce the physical and logistical burden of helping someone travel through a large facility.
Secondary beneficiaries include airports, airlines, hospitals, senior living operators, care facilities, museums, mobility-assistance providers, and other organizations seeking to improve accessibility while managing workforce and operating constraints.
BBGo is particularly relevant for people with non-visible or situational mobility limitations who may need help traveling long distances but may be reluctant to request a conventional wheelchair service.
Partnership Opportunity
Blueberry Technology is seeking collaboration in five areas:
– Investment
Participation in Blueberry’s current $500,000 financing round to support Gen 5 development, airport expansion, and the company’s first pilot in a new vertical.
– Deployment partnerships
Pilot and commercial deployment opportunities with airports, hospitals, senior living communities, care facilities, museums, convention centers, and other large indoor environments.
– Disability-community engagement
Collaboration with disability-led organizations, advocates, riders, caregivers, and lived-experience experts to guide product design, language, safety, rider experience, and responsible deployment practices.
– Strategic introductions
Introductions to aligned investors, airport and healthcare leaders, accessibility decision-makers, senior living operators, mobility-service providers, and public-facility operators.
– Commercial and technical partnerships
Relationships with service organizations, healthcare providers, mobility operators, and technology companies that can help Blueberry expand customer adoption and geographic reach.
We are especially interested in partners who can help us evaluate BBGo in real-world settings and ensure that future versions of the platform are developed with meaningful input from the people they are intended to serve.
Funding Needs
Blueberry Technology is currently raising $500,000. The financing is intended to provide approximately 12 months of runway.
The capital will be used to:
– Develop and validate a working Gen 5 prototype using Blueberry’s proven software stack
– Expand current airport operations at Detroit Metropolitan Airport and San José Mineta International Airport
– Support deployments at two additional airports
– Add selected engineering and commercialization capacity
– Launch the first Gen 5 pilot in a new vertical such as a hospital, senior living community, care facility, museum, or public venue
– Prepare the company for a larger institutional financing round focused on multi-vertical commercialization and manufacturing scale
Blueberry has already progressed beyond the concept stage. The company has built and deployed its Gen 4 platform, demonstrated autonomous operation in complex airport environments, established recurring commercial revenue, and achieved 95% customer satisfaction.
This financing is intended to convert that operating validation into a smaller, more scalable platform that can be deployed across multiple markets.
