Founded in August 2017, 360 Direct Access is a multinational, disability-owned business enterprise headquartered in Orlando, Florida, dedicated to transforming customer experiences through accessible, inclusive, and innovative engagement solutions. As a certified Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) since April 2023, 360 Direct Access exists at the intersection of accessibility, technology, and customer experience, with a mission to ensure that Deaf and hard-of-hearing customers are no longer excluded from meaningful interactions with businesses and government agencies.

Product or Service
360 Direct Access brings an accessible widget that can be added to any website page that will immediately connect any deaf/hard of hearing customer to connect to ASL signing support services via our exceptional video customer support platform (no downloads and no apps). We are pioneering the provision of native language support to the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community, removing current communication barriers via 3rd party interpreters and English-based chat. By providing live sign language support via trained Deaf representatives, companies can become accessible and inclusive to the large Deaf population reliant on sign language as their primary language- 2 million Deaf in North America alone, and 70 million globally.
